DYFI 10th All India Conference at Kochi, Kerala on February 1 to 5, 2017 Featured

Democratic Youth Federation of India will hold its 10th all India conference here from February 1 to 5, 2017 in Kochi of Kerala State. It is expected that 820 young delegates from various part of the country will participate in the conference. It is for the first time that Kochi is hosting a national conference of DYFI after its formation. A youth rally reflecting the growth of Democratic youth federation in the state of Kerala is organised on the 5th of February 2017. As part of the all India conference, DYFI is conducting various campaigns and service projects around the state.

DYFI is building 10 homes to homeless people in Ernakulam district donating ‘a work day’ of DYFI members, an anti-drug campaign named “No to Drugs & Drinks” is being campaigned at all levels of DYFI in state level. The organising committee of the conference is expecting organic vegetables and rice cultivated by various DYFI units around the district as part of the campaign “Unite for toxin free Food” and also to reintroduce the farming culture among the youth. Various cultural activities, rallies and exhibitions are also organised as part of the conference.
